Bilgili Holding And Partners Secures $350 Million In Financing From Starwood Property Trust For The Greenwich, Manhattan’s Premier Residential Destination
The developers of the luxury residential tower The Greenwich by Rafael Viñoly announce they have secured $350 million in financing for the development from Starwood Property Trust. Funds managed by affiliates of Bilgili Holding, Fortress Investment Group and Bizzi & Partners are developing the property.
